Log in to your PoweraddMall Account, click“My Account”, then select “My orders”in the pull-down menu.
Since orders begin processing right away, changes can't be made to existing orders. If you need change the delivery address or the items in your order, you can attempt to cancel and place a new order for the correct items/to the different shipping address. We cannot edit an order you already placed.
Canceling an order is one of the last things we want to do, but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money.

Scheduled delivery orders can be canceled 24 hours prior to your selected delivery date for full refund.
Parcel delivery orders cannot be canceled, but you can return it within our 14 free return days.
Payment is taken during the checkout process when you pay for your order. The order number that appears on the confirmation screen indicates payment has been successfully processed.
