All Poweradd products come with an 18-month worry-free warranty. You can find the exact warranty period of the product in the warranty card, which is packaged in the product box. If you find that there are defects in the products during the warranty period, please check the "User Manual" before submitting a warranty service, which will help you solve the problem quickly to some extent.

2.Replacement Or Refund Service


If you need to return or exchange your product for any reasons, we will be at your service as well! We offer free return or replacement service within 30 days from the date of your order.

Order ID: You can find the ID in the order history of the account you purchased through.
Model: You can find it in order history of your account, package or user manual. Some product's model numbers are printed directly on itself. The model number can help us identify the exact brand and model of your product more accurately than the product name.

SN: SN can be found on the main body of the product. It is located on the label or printed directly on the product, but definitely not on the package.
